Learn at a condominium pool you are authorised to use, subject to management rules, external-coach permission, pool suitability, and coach availability.
Condo lessons may be available for toddlers, kids, adults, ladies, and learners who need additional support. The lesson format depends on the swimmer, coach, venue, schedule, and pool environment.

Who Condo Lessons Can Suit
- Toddlers aged 2–4 with an adult in the water
- Kids aged 5–11
- Adult beginners and stroke-improvement swimmers
- Ladies requesting a female coach, subject to availability
- Learners who may need additional support, following an individual suitability discussion
Private coaching provides focused feedback. Two-person or small-group coaching may be available when learners have compatible abilities and goals.
Before Booking at a Condo Pool
- Confirm that you have authorised access to the pool.
- Check the management corporation or facility rules for external coaches and group lessons.
- Share the full location, pool depth, available teaching area, access procedure, and preferred times.
- Confirm whether a lifeguard is present and what supervision rules apply.
- Agree on the coach, lesson duration, package, payment, cancellation, weather, and make-up terms.
The customer remains responsible for venue permission unless another arrangement is explicitly agreed. A coach travelling to the area is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Condo Lesson Fees
Current four-lesson package rates vary by programme:
- Toddlers: from $280 for one-to-one coaching
- Kids: from $280 for one-to-one coaching
- Adults: from $320 for one-to-one coaching
- Ladies: from $360 for one-to-one coaching
- Additional-support lessons: from $320 for one-to-one coaching
Group rates are available on the fees page. Confirm any travel, access, parking, or venue cost before payment.
Safety and Supervision
Condo pools differ in depth, size, visibility, access control, and lifeguard coverage. The pool must be suitable for the learner and planned lesson. Swimming lessons do not make anyone drown-proof; children and vulnerable swimmers require appropriate adult supervision around the pool outside lessons.
