Serangoon mixes HDB estates around the town centre with landed homes and condominiums in Serangoon Gardens and along the Circle Line. That means some learners here are best served at a public pool and others at their own condo pool. We help you work out which.
Public Pool or Condo Pool?
Serangoon MRT is an interchange on the North East and Circle Lines, with Lorong Chuan and Bartley nearby on the Circle Line. That makes the area easy to reach by train, but many families in Serangoon Gardens and the private estates around it travel mainly by car or bus.

Matching Lessons to the Learner
Our programmes are split by age and need:
- Toddler lessons for ages 2 to 4, 30 minutes each
- Kids lessons for ages 5 to 11, 45 minutes each
- Adult lessons for ages 12 and above, 45 minutes each
- Ladies’ lessons, with the option to request a female coach
- Special-needs lessons, 30 minutes each, following a suitability discussion

Condo lessons are a natural fit for siblings or neighbours of a similar level sharing a coach. If the learner is anxious or has a specific goal, such as an adult preparing for a holiday or a child catching up with classmates, 私人游泳课程 are usually the better choice.
Practical Notes
At a public pool: check opening hours, closures and admission on the official ActiveSG facility information before travelling. Admission is normally paid separately from the lesson package. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to change.
At a condo pool: make sure the coach is registered as your guest if the condo requires it, and that the pool is not booked for an event at your lesson time.
Bring: swimsuit, goggles, swim cap if required, towel, water bottle and a change of clothes. Use sunscreen at outdoor pools.
Weather and supervision
Lessons pause during lightning warnings. A parent or guardian remains responsible for children before and after the lesson. Please tell us about any medical or support needs in advance.
