How Payment Works

Lessons booked through this site are provided by Swim2u Pte. Ltd. (Swim2u Swim School). Please do not pay until we have confirmed your booking details.
Before you pay

- 确认安排：核对教练、地点、时长、小组人数、价格、付款、取消及补课条款。 coach, venue, lesson day and time, lesson duration, group size and package price. Current package prices are on the 收费页面.
- Read the booking terms, especially the payment, cancellation, make-up and weather rules. Payments are non-refundable.
- Receive payment instructions from us once the booking is confirmed. Fees are paid before the first lesson of the package.
Check before transferring money
- Payment instructions should come from our official WhatsApp number (+65 8806 5383) or email address (info@swim2u.sg).
- Check that the payee name shown by your bank matches Swim2u before you confirm a transfer.
- If anything looks different from what you expected, stop and contact us on WhatsApp first.
Pool entry and venue charges
Package prices cover coaching. Public-pool entry fees, and any deposit or fee a condominium’s management charges for external coaching, may be extra. Ask us to confirm this for your venue.
