SwimSafer Stage 4 Bronze Test Sequence
Discover the comprehensive SwimSafer Stage 4 Bronze test sequence, designed to assess fundamental water skills. Our guide provides insights into the SwimSafer program, its stage 4 Bronze evaluation process, and essential swimming techniques. Prepare effectively for the SwimSafer Stage 4 Bronze test with expert tips and insights.
Swim 100m (4 strokes) continuously:
1. 25m front crawl
2. 25m backstroke
3. 25m breaststroke
4. 25m survival backstroke
Sequence 4A (w/o goggles)
1. Enter the water using a compact jump (in deep water), resurface, perform a forward somersault
2. Tread water for 2 mins
3. In 1.4m deep water, perform feet-first surface dive,
4. Swim through hoops on pool bottom for 2m,
5. Resurface and exit safely from pool
Sequence 4B (w/o goggles)
1. 3 mins swimming slowly using survival backstroke, sidestroke and survival breaststroke changing every 15m
2. Wave and call for help (rescuer to throw floatation aid)
3. Swim to a flotation aid and kick to pool’s edge, then climb out of water
